HUNGRY

The Food Bank of Northeast Arkansas gratefully accepts donations of time. Last year more than 240 different volunteers contributed over 4,774 hours to help carry out the Food Bank’s mission. Volunteer opportunities include:

Assisting with office work

Sorting food

Packing food boxes

“Cooking Matters at the Store” program teaches nutrition education on a budget to families at risk of hunger by facilitating 20-minute grocery store tours. Join us at Cooking Matters at the Store on Thursday, March 10, 10am-2pm at the Mad Butcher located at 901 N. Edmonds in McCrory, AR and Friday, March 11, 10am-2pm at Harps located at 301 N. Missouri Ave in Corning, AR.
