The information that the Food Bank of Northeast Arkansas gathers through use of its web site and other communications tools is used solely to respond to inquiries, record and acknowledge contributions, and inform correspondents of Food Bank activities. You may choose not to allow the Food Bank of Northeast Arkansas to use your information in the manner described by contacting us directly at 870-932-3663. Upon receipt and processing of an “opt out” request, the Food Bank of Northeast Arkansas will, within its commercially reasonable amount of time, remove your information from any future marketing communications.

This Website has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under our control. The security measures used on this site include, but are not limited to, industry-standard Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology, firewalls, and internal policies to maintain the security of stored data. Policy and Practice

It is the policy and practice of the Food Bank of Northeast Arkansas to never sell, rent, exchange or in any other way provide correspondent or donor information to other charitable or commercial entities, except as is required to accomplish The Food Bank’s functions. Vendors that have temporary access to correspondent and donor information are expressly forbidden to copy, use or transfer any information provided by The Food Bank for any reason to any source. The Food Bank of Northeast Arkansas does not publish the names of its donors.
